1. Booking & Payment
How do I confirm my booking?+
After you submit the booking form, our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp within 2 business days to confirm your spot and trip details. Booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
How much is the deposit and when is the balance due?+
Typically a HK$5,000 deposit is collected on booking, with the balance due several weeks before departure. Exact terms confirmed per trip.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Bank transfer and FPS. For online instant payment, please contact us directly.
2. Licence & Insurance
Do I need an International Driving Permit?+
Yes, all overseas riding tours require a valid IDP (except Tibet trips), available from the HK Transport Department. Apply at least 1 month before departure. Bike-rental requirements may differ — see individual trip details.
Does the trip include insurance?+
Japan tours typically include basic motorcycle rental insurance (see each trip's cost breakdown). We strongly recommend personal travel & accident insurance. Other regions may require a vehicle damage deposit.
3. Itinerary & Accommodation
What happens in bad weather?+
Ride leaders monitor conditions closely and adjust daily routes when needed to keep riders safe. If severe weather forces major changes, rider safety is the top priority.
Are rooms typically twin-share?+
Yes, pricing is based on two riders sharing a twin room. Single rooms incur an additional supplement — see each trip's cost details.
4. Gear
What gear must I bring?+
Full-face helmet, riding armour (shoulders, elbows, back), riding gloves, jacket and pants, waterproof riding boots. Waterproofs strongly recommended. Pre-trip briefing includes a gear checklist and shopping discounts.
Can I rent helmet / armour from you?+
Most rental partners offer helmet rental, but we strongly recommend bringing your everyday gear — fit and comfort are best when familiar.
