Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1
Tokyo Arrival – Bike Collection, Honjō
Assemble at RENTAL819 Ueno, collect bikes, and head to Honjō for the night — the starting base for autumn-leaf riding in Kantō.

Day 2
Akagi Shrine – Toy Car Museum – Haruna-san – Usui Pass, Sakudaira
Lakeside autumn colours at Akagi Shrine, a quirky Toy Car Museum, then the famous Haruna-san hairpins and the classic Usui Pass. Check in at Sakudaira.

Day 3
Venus Line – Miohara – Kirigamine – Shirakaba Lake – Misaka Pass, Yamanakako
The Venus Line and surrounding Nagano highlands turn brilliant red and gold in autumn. Cross Misaka Pass for Fuji views above Kawaguchiko, then arrive at Yamanakako.

Yamanakako Shoreline – Ashinoko Skyline – Fuji Heritage Centre – Makaino Ranch, Ōtsuki
Morning lakeside views at Yamanakako, then the Ashinoko Skyline with potential Fuji views through autumn haze. Visit the Fujisan World Heritage Centre and Makaino Ranch before settling in at Ōtsuki.

Okutama Loop – Shinonome Ricoland – Bike Return, Ueno
A relaxed final ride on the Okutama Loop through forested valleys, then browse Ricoland Shinonome for gear souvenirs. Return bikes at RENTAL819 Ueno and farewell.

- International Driving Permit (IDP) and Hong Kong motorcycle licence
