Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1
Tokyo Arrival – Bike Collection, Kanuma
Assemble at RENTAL819 Ueno (~17:15), complete paperwork, and do a short warm-up ride before settling in at the hotel in Kanuma.

Day 2
Chūzenji-ko – Iroha-zaka – Mt Akagi, Shibukawa
Climb the famous 48-bend Iroha-zaka to Lake Chūzenji at 1,269m, then head to Mt Akagi for its signature hairpins and panoramic highland views. Check in at Shibukawa.

Day 3
D'z Racing Cafe – Haruna-san – Myōgi-san – Usui Pass, Sakudaira
A pilgrimage to D'z Racing Cafe Garage, the real-life Initial D hangout, then hit Haruna-san (the "Akina" of the anime). Afternoon brings the dramatic rocky landscape of Myōgi-san and the classic Usui Pass.

Venus Line – Misaka Pass – Kawaguchiko, Ōtsuki
The Venus Line runs through Miohara Plateau, Kirigamine, and Shirakaba Lake — long-distance high-altitude riding at its best. Cross Misaka Pass for iconic Fuji + Kawaguchiko views, then wind down to Ōtsuki.

Day 5
Okutama Loop – Ricoland Tama – Bike Return, Ueno
A relaxed final ride through the forested Okutama valleys, then browse Ricoland Tama for gear. Return bikes to RENTAL819 Ueno and farewell.
